How do I contact Billing?

If you are an existing customer, the best way to contact the billing department, is to log into your Hosting Reborn Management client by visiting :-

http://hostingreborn.com/client/submitticket.php

and click on Billing.

If you raise a billing ticket this way, our team will automatically know who you are, what hosting services you have with us and know you are authorised to request any information regarding your accounts.


The other alternative is to email billing@hostingreborn.com in the normal way. Please remember to include details about which hosting account (domain) you are referring to and if possible, email from the email address that is associated with your Hosting Reborn account so that the ticket will be allocated to your account.
